First off, you have an animated crappy gif as a main graphic which is just silly. Then you've got more animations for your favourite diaries which are just as bad. You've got that ugly green border going around your entry which looks out of place, and you've got a huge disclaimer at the bottom which you don't even need. Your design is truly ugly.

It was boring reading your diary. I had to force myself to read more than two entries.

Wonderful! Everything is all neatly organized to the right and favorites are listed below the entry.

They look ok to me.
